Welcome to Locaso! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Locaso website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of the Platform

Locaso provides a marketplace connecting customers with local vendors in Goa. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Vendor Listings & Orders

• Locaso is an advertising and ordering platform. We do not own or sell the products listed by vendors.
• Product availability and pricing are managed by individual vendors and may change without notice.
• Orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by the respective vendor.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for orders may be made through the Platform using supported payment methods. Refund policies are governed by the respective vendor's policy and applicable consumer protection laws in India.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Locaso or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Locaso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or products purchased from vendors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
